The speed skating clubs in the Ottawa area were given a once in a lifetime opportunity to skate on the Canada 150 Rink on Parliament Hill today. About three dozen skaters from the Gloucester Concordes Speed Skating Club (GCSSC), Ottawa Pacers Speed Skating Club and CPV Gatineau - Club de patinage de vitesse Gatineau came to skate on the rink on a cold and crisp sunny morning.
